Recycling Services Coming to McCallsburg

McCallsburg residents will soon have a new way to reduce waste and recycle common

household items. Pratt Sanitation will begin offering recycling services starting July 1, with the first pickup scheduled for Wednesday, July 9.

Residents can recycle clean paper and cardboard, plastic bottles marked #1, #2, or #5, metal cans, and glass jars without lids. All items should be rinsed and clean before going into the bin.

Please keep items such as batteries, plastic bags, electronics, diapers, hazardous waste, shredded paper, toys, tires, and food-tainted items out of the recycling bin.

This is a great opportunity for McCallsburg to make recycling easier and help keep more reusable materials out of the landfill. Thanks for doing your part!
