RESOLUTION 23-4-1
RESOLUTION FOR UTILITY BILLING PROCEDURES
Utility bills are due and payable at the Clerk's office on the 20th
day of the month. Utility bills are past due on the 21st day of the
month. If the bill is delinquent a $10.00 penalty will be assessed.
Disconnect notices for utility bills 30 days past due will be sent
on the 10th day of the month due on the 20th of the month.
Notices will be posted at the residence on the 21st of the month
and disconnected on the 22nd day of the month if not paid.
Utility meters will be read on the 25th of the month. Utility bills
will be dated and mailed by the 30th day of each month.
